Robin Read


Robin has over 20 years experience as a graphic designer, art director and illustrator based in New York City and the Hudson Valley. She began her career in retail advertising, but soon shifted to an editorial focus, working for magazines such as Vogue, Glamour, People, and More, and more recently, designing websites, custom publications and marketing solutions for clients including Unilever, Vera Bradley, Ford, The National Parks Foundation and Cingular/AT&T.

Robin continues to expand her portfolio of services with website development and visual identity for small businesses, non-profits, artists and photographers.

Her illustrations, created with partner Elliott Green, appeared in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, and Interview  magazines, and were recognized with publication in American Illustration, Vols. 16-19. In 2007, she received an award from the AIGA for Excellence in Typographic Design.
